Should a member of a medical funder who is registered on the CDE Care Programme, be dissatisfied with the programme, the member can direct a complaint directly to the Medical Funder and CDE.
Should the member not receive satisfactory resolution from CDE or the Medical Funder, the member is advised to direct the complaint to the Council of Medical Schemes.
