THE 25TH POSTGRADUATE FORUM IN DIABETES MANAGEMENT

We are thrilled to advise you that we will celebrate our 25th anniversary from Friday the 27th to Sunday the 29th October 2023 at the Maslow Hotel in Sandton. Our first FACE-TO-FACE Meeting in three years. We are excited, our partners are excited and I am sure you, as the delegate, are also looking forward to collaborating with your peers on a one-to-one basis.

The weekend will offer unique opportunities including allied symposia and a programme packed with knowledge and expertise on different aspects of diabetes and related chronic conditions. There will be an exhibition hall which will offer you the opportunity to meet with our corporate partners at their stands and liaise directly with them on a one-to-one basis as well as chat to your colleagues and friends during the course of the weekend.

Please register as soon as possible to facilitate the organisation of the Forum. The deadline date for registration is 20 August 2023. When registering, please follow the instructions under the Registration tab and fill in all the details.

A block booking of 120 rooms has been secured with the Maslow Hotel for all delegates.

You are required to book your own accommodation and settle directly with the hotel itself.

Rooms that have not been booked a month before will be released back into the system and then it will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.  The block code to utilise to obtain these conference rates is 2310CDEHEA_001

Rates are:

Single accommodation:  R1897.00 on a bed and breakfast basis

Double accommodation: R2192.00 on a bed and breakfast basis

For the settle direct rooms (booked individually by the delegates themselves) will be held until the 26 September 2023. Any rooms not taken by this date will be released back into the system and will be on an availability basis only.
